Internal Revenue Service:
The M Group provided program management and subject matter expertise to design and develop interfaces between the IRS’s Filing and Payment Compliance system and third party vendor systems. This project included a review and redesign of current IRS processes.
The M Group has also provided strategic management and subject matter expertise to the design, development and implementation of the e-services functionality of the IRS’s web site. In particular, we developed transition strategies, change management plans and business cases to ensure the e-services program met IRS and customer needs.
In addition, The M Group developed the IRS’s Enterprise Transition Strategy to manage its internal management business re-engineering efforts. The strategy remains in use today.
We have also provided consulting services to the IRS’s Real Estate, Facilities Management and Procurement, and Customer Account Data Engine Projects.
Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation:
The M Group is providing subject matter expertise to develop the organizational and management function at FDIC. The FDIC insures deposits at the nation’s 8,975 banks and savings associations and it promotes the safety and soundness of these institutions by identifying, monitoring and addressing risks to which they are exposed.
